In the spirit of good practice, when the client purchases services from We Npower, we will ask the client to confirm that they have read and agreed to each statement below and that they wish to proceed.

 

All services and communication, email or otherwise, delivered by We Npower, as well as information on this website (wenpower.org), are meant to help client identify the areas that may be preventing client from experiencing greater well-being and moving forward. Our services are not a substitute for medical care.

• I understand that the services I will be receiving from We Npower are not offered as a substitute to medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any mental health or medical conditions.

• I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my well-being during my sessions, and subsequently, including my choices and decisions.

• I have the ability to give my informed consent, and hereby give such consent to We Npower to assist me through services listed on their website.

• I understand that my We Npower will protect my information as confidential. If I report child, elder abuse or neglect or threaten to harm myself or someone else, I understand that necessary actions will be taken to report the matter to the relevant authorities and my confidentiality agreement is limited in this capacity. Furthermore, if We Npower is ordered by a court to provide information or to testify, We Npower will do so to the extent that the law requires.
